Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor aircraft movement and Handle flight movement message and other necessary data.
• Collect and summarize any adverse effects of aircraft status reported from flight deck crews and mechanics and follow up the progress of maintenance actions.
• Assist and coordinate with functions concerned regarding operational matters for all company’s flights.
• Report irregular flight situation
• Flight disruption handling
• Prepare, arrange and revise all Immigration documents concerning flight and cabin crew and send all immigration documents to line station and parties concerned.
• Furnish the PIC while in flight by appropriate mean with information which may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight.
• Assist and coordinate with functions concerned regarding operational matters for all company’s flights.
• Record essential statistic of flight planning in the dispatch log.
• In the event of an emergency, initiate relevant procedures as specified in the Emergency Manual.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Certificate of Aviation, Flight Operations Officers or graduated bachelor’s degree in the field of aviation management are preferred.
• TOEIC score minimum 550
• Be able to read, speak and understand the English
• Able to multi-task in a challenging environment and work independently.
• Must be able to work varying shifts
