1. INTRODUCTION
An airline pilot is well recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious occupations. And the reputation of a Thai Airways International (TG) pilot is second to none. To uphold that reputation as well as to maintain the high standard of safety, a recruitment team of diverse backgrounds and qualifications is involved in selecting eligible candidates to fill in the vacancies that arise from time to time. The pilot recruitment process is divided into two categories, Student Pilot and Pilot, each of which requires the following qualifications and requirements.
