- Passport 1 copy(at least 1 year validity)
- Current Resume
- Criminal Record (Original)
- Valid CPL 1 copy
- ICAO English Proficiency 1 copy
- Medical Certificate (class 1 only)
- Logbooks (the front page where identified the pilot & last 5 pages),1 copy
- Copy of Household Registration 1 copy
- Official Transcript 1 copy
- Military Exemption (If applicable) 1 copy
